Open a Case
You can open a case by emailing support@fortworthpayroll.org with a description of your problem. Please do include your username so that we are able to locate your account. Tickets typically take a few hours to respond to, and we will respond within 24 hours.
You can also visit our Fort Worth Chapter PayrollOrg I.T. team help center/portal to open a case that way. Members and guests are able to create a help center account to open a request.
