Payroll and Tax Analyst

HR Additions is seeking a Payroll and Tax Analyst for a position in North Dallas.
Payroll and Tax Analyst will be responsible for:
* Perform payroll and benefit functions, ensuring accuracy and prompt issue resolution.
* Handle timekeeping, payroll processing, and year-end payroll tasks.
* Respond to payroll and benefit inquiries and administer leave.
* Liaise with ADP Payroll/Tax and maintain knowledge of regulations.
* Generate reports, assist with special projects, and manage wage assignments.
* Address basic benefit-related questions and conduct discrepancy research.
* Collaborate with stakeholders for effective communication and operations.
Qualifications:
* Familiarity with HR practices and ADP Reporting.
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management.
* Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and professionalism.
